Near Hwy. 99 and a short drive away is a great farm-themed stop.  Bravo Farms specializes in cheese and wine sales along with novelty decor items. There is a restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, an ice cream parlor, and a tree house for the kids. (559) 897.5762

Rosa Brothers Dairy Farm Tour

The Rosa Brothers Dairy is located in Hanford, CA around 30 minutes away. Their tour is $5.00 per person. Small groups and families may schedule tours on Saturdays. The tour includes milking a simulated cow and petting baby calves in season. (559) 582.2209

Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks

Only an hour's drive away are the famous giant redwoods. Enjoy fishing or playing in the snow and return for an evening of stories or playing board games.

Ridge Creek Dinuba Golf Course

Only minutes away is the Ridge Creek Golf Course. Open to the public, this heathland course is a John Fought Design and was a 2008 Development of the Year runner-up in Golf Inc. Magazine. Mooney Grove Ag and Historical Museums

To learn about  local agriculture and history, you can visit the Labor and Agriculture Museum and the Tulare County Historical Museum both located in Mooney Grove Park in Visalia, CA. The park is a great place to play and have a picnic lunch. Both museums tell the history of agriculture and life in the area from the time of Native Americans to the present.
